Lastio is a platform for running Last Man Standing and sweepstakes football leagues. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@lastio.app.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run your league:

• Email address — used to create your account and send sign-in links or notifications.
• Name — used to identify you within your league.
• Game picks and results — your weekly selections and standing in the league.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, and we do not run advertising or sell data to third parties.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the Lastio service
• To send you sign-in links and account-related emails (password reset, confirmations)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To display your picks and standing to other players in your league

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

4. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required to keep you signed in. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not track you across other websites. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Data is stored on servers within the EU. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans. See stripe.com/gb/privacy.
• Resend — used to send transactional emails. See resend.com/privacy.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, email us at privacy@lastio.app and we will action it within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Lastio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
